George Gelavis

Co-Chairman Founder

George has over 25 years experience in directing and managing companies in both the public and private sectors and is the founder of hoppr. He has extensive knowledge, skills and experience in board management of ASX listed companies as well as acquisitions, mergers and divestments. With his highly developed forecasting, analytical, leadership and change management skills, George founded and grew the company B Digital Ltd. After becoming the largest Mobile Virtual Network Operator business in Australia and growing the customer base to over 700,000 worldwide, George successfully expanded the business into South Africa and the USA.

Joe Prusz

Chief Executive Officer

Joe is an advertising technology industry veteran with a passion for innovation. Prior to joining Hoppr, Joe served as Chief Revenue Officer at Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI), the industry’s largest independent advertising exchange for premium publishers and advanced marketers. In this role, he was responsible for all global revenue-related activities, including sales, accounts, revenue operations, sales operations and business development. He played a pivotal role in the successful integration of Rubicon Project (NYSE: RUBI), Telaria (NYSE:TLRA), and SpotX to form Magnite.

Joe has held a range of leadership roles at Magnite, including Global head of Revenue and Head of Mobile. As GM, he was responsible for building and leading the fastest-growing division of the company, overseeing strategic oversight, team management and product development along with growing the Mobile business from $0 to over $325M in Managed Revenue globally within 24 months of the business unit’s founding.

Joe is known for his strategic vision, expertise in advertising technology and ability to drive revenue growth. Bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to his role as CEO at Hoppr, Joe is a respected figure in the industry with a vision to further Hoppr’s growth in the dynamic world of CTV advertising.

Jarod Stone

Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary

Jarod is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in the accounting and finance industry for more than 25years. He has previously worked with Ernst & Young, Gooding Partners Chartered Accountants and spent time working in the UK and Europe.

After returning to Perth he spent 9 years in a private family office during which time he gained experience across industries including television and film production, aviation, domestic and international property, commercial aquaculture, construction, corporate healthcare and finance. Jarod was most recently the Financial Controller at Wabtec Control Systems. He is a Director and Shareholder of Clear Corporate Solutions, a Director of the Azure Capital Foundation, and a former Director of Surf Life Saving Western Australia (and the current Chair of Finance).

Jason Hewson

Chief Technical Officer

Jason has spent over 25 years specialising in Design, Systems Architecture, Integration and Systems Delivery in the IT sector. Having designed and delivered complex technical solutions for some of the biggest companies in Australia (including AMP, Citibank, Bunnings and many government institutions), he advanced his skills further by working internationally on London Underground and MI5 projects.

Now based back in Australia, Jason is the technical brains behind the Hoppr organisation and is always at the forefront of cloud computing, the technical progression of our products and providing the best UX/UI for all users of Hoppr technology.

Chris Singleton

Corporate Development

Chris has over 35 years international experience developing strategy to drive rapid business development and growth in a diverse range of industries. He has proven experience in B2B and B2C in businesses at varying stages of maturity, start-up to established multinationals.

He has been the CEO of several MVNO’s, GM of business marketing for a large multinational telco and recently concentrated on working extensively in capital markets providing strategy on mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds and future direction.

Bruno Benaise

Head of Customer Delivery

Bruno has over 27 years international experience managing and driving worldwide product planning in B2C and customer program management for a large multinational in consumer electronics.

He has proven experience in multi-cultural environments and in leadership of complex B2B programs. He has been the VP of the Customer Program Management for Australia/New Zealand, Southeast Asia and India for a large multinational. He recently concentrated on working in Renewable Hydrogen Decentralized Operational Technology System.
