Perth, Western Australia, 9th October, 2020:  Australian advertising technology startup Hoppr has won a globally significant award for business innovation as it accelerates efforts to expand its platform internationally.

Hoppr was selected as an ABA100 Winner for Business Innovation in The Australian Business Awards 2020, with the award recognising its efforts to establish HopprTV as a complete digital advertising solution for TV networks, brands and audiences.

HopprTV is changing the way TV advertising is delivered, offering audiences a more tailored and interactive experience while opening up new revenue streams.

Now in their fifteenth year, national winners of the ABA like Hoppr are benchmarked in the international chapter of the program at The World Business Awards, where participants can rate themselves against the top performers globally.

To win an ABA award, organisations that demonstrate the core values of business innovation, product innovation, technological achievement and employee engagement are judged via a set of established business and product award categories.

ABA Program Director Tara Johnston said Hoppr’s award affirms its commitment to continuous improvement and innovative business processes.

“Each year the ABA100 Winners are recognised for the successful development of new and improved products and services and for implementing business processes that improve efficiency and performance.”

This string of high profile recognition comes as Hoppr begins accelerating the international expansion of HopprTV, which has already linked up with strategic partners such as Technicolor, with access to millions of TV screens worldwide.

Just last month Hoppr and German company 3 Screen Solutions (3SS), a leading provider of software solutions for set-top boxes and multiscreen entertainment, joined forces to create an end-to-end monetization platform for Android TV.

The ABA100 award caps off a highly successful awards season for Hoppr, which saw the start-up win Gold for innovation in the Stevies – the Oscars of the business world – and selection as a finalist for for the CSI  Awards for Best Adtech technology or solution.
